HLN rebrand

The essence of the new HLN brand is focused on shining a spotlight across America. Where CNN is bringing global perspective, HLN is solely dedicated to domestic stories that bring us together as a nation. A sophisticated yet contemporary style is at the heart of the rebrand, encapsulating a fresh attitude that highlights the authentic and empowering aspects of HLN, while closely aligning with CNN, its sister network.

Working closely with CD, Kasumi Mihori, I worked as AD, and lead designer / animator.

The original logo reimagined.

We striped the logo down to it's essence. Retaining the letter forms and but losing the gold texture and gold.

We ended up with a neutral untextured logo that has the ability to take on colour
